Event Description
The Magna VFW is sponsoring a fundraiser for Levi Harding. Levi is your typical All-American 17 year old boy from Magna, with one exception. He is in the early stages of heart failure and is in need of a heart transplant. Proceeds from this fund raiser will be donated to an account to help young Levi receive the gift of life, in the form of a much needed heart transplant. A 5K Walk or Run and a community yard sale will be held on Saturday, October 18th at the park across the street from the Veterans of Forgein Wars Center. The Magna VFW is located at 9057 West 2700 South in Magna, Utah 84044. Both events start at 8:00am. Entry fee for the 5K is $25.00 and anyone wishing to donate to the yard sale can contact (801) 913-7188 for further information or drop off any items at the location that morning. Pick-up of items maybe available.
