Denise Druce

Denise Druce is widely considered one of the leading health and fitness professionals in the state of Utah. She is the producer in a series of 28 home workout DVDs, is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, teaches and trains athletes at the University of Utah, and is a master instructor for 24 Hour Fitness. Denise graduated from Utah State University with a degree in health education. She earned a Masters of Public Health from the University of Utah. She is an instructor in the Exercise and Sports Science Department at the University of Utah and is Group X Master Instructor at 24 Hour Fitness.

Denise has vast business experience in health and fitness. She has owned and operated several fitness clubs and organizations that have provided corporate wellness programs for dozens of businesses. She is co-founder of The Wellness Network, A consortium of health clubs and service providers for Intermountain Health Care. In addition to serving on the boards of several hospital and health education boards, Denise is a much sought after speaker on health and fitness and has judged. She has vast media experience appearing on dozens of local and national television and radio programs.

Denise volunteers her expertise in several capacities, including her local elementary school. She says her most important hours are spent with her husband and three children. Denise and her husband Michael live in Salt Lake City with their three boys.
