The healing power of relationships outside of the home was the focus of today’s show. Clarity Coach, Rebecca Overson, shared her story of personal healing that lead her professionally into the helping profession of a coach. Everyone fell in love with “Colonel”, the golden retriever therapy dog, accompanied by his handler Susan Daynes, and Kathy Klotz from Intermountain Therapy Animals in our segment about the healing power of animals. Ashley Lake, an organ donor family member, Sharron Johnson, an organ donor recipient shared their touching stories, and Alex Mc Donald from Intermountain Donor Services informed us about organ donation. Our final guest, Hal Adams, Utah’s Teacher of the year, shared his story of overcoming a speech impediment as a youth and his passion teaching.
