Salade au Thon avec des Pommes
· 6-8 oz. tuna steak, sliced into ¼” strips
· 1 large apple, cored, diced and chilled
· 1 small onion, finely chopped and chilled
· Hellmann’s mayonnaise
· Sea Salt
· Pepper
· 1Tbs. Olive Oil
Directions: Heat Olive Oil in large skillet. Sprinkle Tuna with sea salt & pepper. Sauté tuna in olive oil. When tuna is barely pink in the center, remove from heat. Break tuna into chunks with spatula, or if finer consistency is desired mince in food processor. Mix tuna, apple & onion. Stir in enough mayonnaise to make salad stick together. Add salt & pepper to taste.
