Today's nutrition tip is "write it down". There is nothing greater than awareness when it comes to changing our eating habits. And most of the eating that we do on a regular basis is just that, a habit. I would like you to consider, for the next seven days, becoming a "conscious eater". Don't worry about counting calories, fat grams or carbs. Just track. A post-it note will work as well as a fancy tracking journal. If you want a great tracking website, go to
www.calorieking.com. But write it down. My guess is, in seven days, you will weigh one pound less than you do today. Without making one other change in your eating habits.
