Recipe: Balsamic Vinaigrette

BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

About 3/4 cup

1/2 cup olive oil Balsamic vinegar is
Juice of 1 lemon both tangy and a
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

little sweet, and

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
so good.

1. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and mustard. (Or mix the
ingredients in a blender.)

2. Use immediately or store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for
up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.
