Dinosaurs are on the way to Salt Lake City.

Randy Rigby -- President of Larry H. Miller Sports and Entertainment -- announced that the show Walking with Dinosaurs: The Live Experience is coming to the Energy Solutions Arena in January.
It's more than an exhibit or a video.
It's a live stage show that can only be performed in arenas because of the size.
The dinosaurs are actual size... some up to 35 feet tall.
To demonstrate how high that is, the Jazz Bear rode a cherry picker to 35 feet over the crowd... including a group of school children there for the announcement.
The show features 15 dinosaurs interacting in two acts.
The whole thing was based on the award-winning BBC series Walking with Dinosaurs.
I talked with Utah's Official State Paleontologist -- Dr. Jim Kirkland -- about the show.
